It is important to consume your food as raw as possible, cooking food too much will destroy its properties.
Sri Dharma sais we should not eat any solid food after 6pm, so a juice will be great. Fresh juices are great as they contain all vitamins and proteins from their fruits and vegetables at their most pure state. Juices should be consumed straight away, to preserve it’s nutrients.
