I spent almost one year at the Dharma Yoga Center New York, compromised with the karma yoga at the studio, and with the disciplines of Yoga taught by my Guru Dharmaji.
There I certified in the 200 hours and 500 hours Life of a Yogi teacher training. It was a wonderful experience to learn first hand from Sri Dharma Mittra.
You who have been practicing yoga, knows what I’m talking about. It’s a daily practice not only on the mat but especially on the daily life with everything and every living being. The practice goes subtler and subtler.
My goal as a teacher is to bring you closer to your True Teacher, right there at the center of your chest. My classes are open to all levels, from beginners to advanced students. Focusing on stillness, devotion and guiding the students to find the variations which suits better to them.
