About Victoria

Victoria has been practising yoga for 30 years, and teaching asana for over 20 years, having qualified with Dharma over 15 years ago. She is a strong advocate of meditation, breath work, love and rest alongside her asana practice.

Victoria’s classes are dynamic, fun and always responsive to the needs of the students. She offers a variety of options in open classes and has a close understanding of correct alignment and posture and ways of practising with restrictions. She brings her coaching skills to her teaching, using language which is tailored according to the individual. Expect a class with some strong options offered, plenty of fun and the flexibility to make the practice your own.
