Dharma Yoga LOAY (Life of a Yogi) Teacher trainings are held in New York. You will learn and be trained in the presence of a master of Yoga, Sri Dharma Mittra.

50 Hours Teacher Training

The Dharma Yoga Life of a Yogi (DY LOAY) 50-hour Teacher Training introduces Sri Dharma Mittra’s new, all-level warm up series presented through a detailed breakdown and classes taught by core staff. This intensive also includes regular DYC classes, special workshops (Maha Sadhana, Dharma Yoga Wheel, and vegan food preparation), morning Pranayama and Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Spiritual Discourses with Sri Dharma Mittra and core staff.

200 Hours Teacher Training

The Dharma Yoga Life of a Yogi (DY LOAY) 200-Hour Teacher Training is an exploration of yoga with an emphasis placed on mastering both physically and through teaching the Dharma I and Dharma Gentle classes. Also covered at the 200-hour level are: physical anatomy, psychic anatomy, Pranayama, Deep Relaxation and philosophy discourses.

Summer: 12 – 22 June 2025
500 Hours Teacher Training

The Dharma Yoga Life of a Yogi (DY LOAY) 500-Hour Teacher Training is an opportunity for certified teachers to take an in-depth look at the entire sacred science of yoga through the lens of Yogi Sri Dharma Mittra’s experience with his Guru and his half-century plus of practice and teaching.

Module I: 13 – 20 July 2025
Module II: 31 August – 7 September 2025
800 - 1000 Hours Teacher Training

800/1000-Hour Ultimate Teacher Training program is the highest level of training offered by the DYC. Sadhakas will have daily practice and experiential teaching experience of Psychic Development, the Dharma IV Series and the Dharma Yoga Nidra Method, technique and theory.
