About Natalie
Natalie’s yoga journey began around 2013 when she attended a Bikram class. Having played football for years, she was stiff and not very flexible.
At first, she thought yoga was for people with flexibility, and it wasn’t until around 2018 that she became fully immersed in yoga and began practicing every day, sometimes even 3 times a day. In 2022 she decided to attend a vinyasa teacher training, which set the way for her to study Sculpt, Yin & Nidra, Pilates and BWT.Natalie still felt there was something missing in her study until a friend invited her to Emi Tull’s Dharma class.
Natalie remembers leaving Emi’s class feeling amazing, not only by the asanas but also by the chanting, Pranayama and its spiritual aspects. She became fascinated with the practice as she identified with its core value and the message behind it.
In 2024, Natalie decided to complete her 500 hr “Life of a Yogi Teacher Training” with Sri Dharma Mittra with the help and encouragement of her teacher Emi Tull. As a regular student of Emi’s Natalie is extremely appreciative for her guidance, wisdom and support. Natalie hopes to go back to New York to continue her studies with Sri Dharma Mittra and is deeply grateful to be part of the Dharma family.
Natalie’s classes are fun, challenging and playful.
As Dharma says;
“if you open your heart and become like a child, you will always be blissful, always content.”
